Midaye has multi-cultural and multi-skilled management committee that are consulted and involved in each step of the decision-making process, they provide major input into ideas and guidance on all aspects of the running of the organisation.
We have management meetings, sub-committee meetings and regular staff meetings, we are committed to improving and progressing the good work we do for the community and through sharing ideas and analysing feedback we are able to excel expectations and perfect our service provisions.
In addition we have robust policies and guidance that are reviewed regularly by both management and through independent consultations to ensure it is relevance and accuracy in accordance with local and national governement requirements.
Without our dedicated workforce, Midaye would not be at the stage it is today and would not be able to offer the range of projects and services. Our workforce is continuously expanding and we are always looking for additional volunteers to join our team.
